The challenge
A valued client working with high-viscosity materials faced challenges with heat transfer, dead zones on vessel walls, and the common 'doughnut effect' that occurs when mixing thick materials.
Our solution
We implemented an advanced dissolver system equipped with Niemann scraper technology. The scraper plays a crucial role in improving heat transfer, eliminating dead zones, and enhancing circulation inside the tank.
Project impact
This project demonstrates our commitment to bringing the most advanced European technologies to the Middle East. Working with the world's leading manufacturer of dissolvers, basket mills, and mixing systems, we ensure our partners achieve the highest production efficiency and performance.
Environmental filtration for Orbit AluminumView projectClose project
The challenge
Orbit Aluminum Industries required a complete environmental filtration solution for their groundbreaking cast house—the first and largest aluminum slab production facility in Aqaba. The project needed to meet strict environmental compliance standards while handling melting furnaces and fume extraction.
Our solution
As the official representative of Hammam Industries & Co. (Egypt), we successfully completed a turnkey dedusting and filtration system. The solution includes supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete environmental filtration system integrated with Siemens PLC, HMI, automation, level control sensors, and advanced safety monitoring.
Project impact
This milestone project reinforces Infinity Chemicals' mission to provide innovative environmental and process solutions that support cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable industrial operations in the Middle East. We are currently studying two additional projects in the same area, both focused on environmental protection and emission control systems.
